- Personalized memory and conversation continuity
- Mood tracking and progress insights

- A substitute for professional mental health care
- A crisis intervention service
- Medical advice or diagnosis provider
3. Eligibility
To use Pippa chat, you must:

Pippa
Monthly if not cancelled.
- Pippa Monthly (£29.99 / $42.00 per month): Full access to all features, including
15 hours of
voice/video sessions per month.
5.2 Billing Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- No refunds for partial months or unused minutes
5.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of your current billing
period.
6. Usage Limits and Fair Use
Each subscription plan includes specific usage limits (voice/video minutes). Unused minutes do not roll
over to the next month. We reserve the right to limit usage if we detect abuse or excessive use that
impacts service quality for others.
7. Content and Intellectual Property
7.1 Your Content

- You grant us a license to use your data to provide and improve the Service
- We may use anonymized data for research and AI training

All Service content, including AI models, design, and technology, is owned by Pippa chat and Critical
Future. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without permission.
